The Grothouse Anvil™ line can be used in curved profile applications and complex shapes not previously possible in sheet metal products. The result is a luxurious and versatile finish not previously available due to the limitations of metal forming.
This unique new product line employs masterful finishing techniques to coat wooden countertops in a finish of real metal particles that result in a sophisticated surface unlike any other in the industry.
The Anvil™ line finishes allow the natural grain and imperfections of wood to show through. Just like real metal countertops, Anvil™ surfaces develop a rich aged patina over time, and slight imperfections and variations in color are inherent in the finish process. If a designer wishes to keep the surface looking pristine, Anvil™ surfaces can be over coated with our exclusive Durata® finish.
Anvil™ surfaces are exterior rated when combined with our exterior substrates, unlike real metal countertops.
