Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper, full time, M-F
Key Responsibilities
- Mastery of QuickBooks and Excel for accurate bookkeeping and timely support is required.
- You will perform a variety of activities to provide functional support including Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Reconcile Accounts, Order Supplies for Shop and Office, Schedule Equipment Maintenance, Maintain Records, and perform other Accounting Practices. You will assist with ad-hoc project work and other duties as assigned.
- Provide a diligent driven, and a thoughtful approach in supporting colleagues while contributing to the company’s success across multiple operatives and the growth of the company.
Your Key Competencies and Capabilities
- Demonstrated abilities utilizing Quick Books, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Have a willingness to learn new software and technology.
- Strong sense of judgment when dealing with confidential information. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
- Be proactive and independent, thorough, detail-oriented, and demonstrate initiative. Be professional and display a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Possess a Growth mindset, an upbeat, positive teammate with strong relationship building skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in a substantially similar role is preferred. A College Degree and/or Accounting Background is a plus.

Digital Content Creator, full time, M-F
Digital Content Creator The Digital Content Creator will support the Marketing Director in producing photo and video content that showcases Grothouse craftsmanship, products, and collaborations. This role focuses on visual storytelling and digital content production for social media channels, website and digital marketing initiatives. Over time, the position may assist with social media publishing and community engagement under the direction of the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content in our manufacturing facility and on project locations
- Film product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes processes, and interviews
- Produce short form and long form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Edit videos using modern editing tools to create engaging, polished content
- Photograph finished products and projects for use across digital marketing channels
- Assist with organizing and managing digital media assets and project files
- Support social media publishing and community engagement as needed
- Collaborating with the Marketing Director to execute planned content campaigns
- Stay aware of emerging social media trends and creative storytelling techniques
Required Skills
- Experience with photography and video production (using DSLR camera, iPhone, osmo, gimbal, and other equipment)
- Proficiency in photo editing and video editing platforms
- Familiarity with social media video formats and storytelling
- Strong visual composition and editing instincts
- Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction
- Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets
- Familiarity with analyzing and reporting social media metrics
- Experience: Digital Content Creation: 1 year (Required)
Preferred Software Experience
Candidates should have familiarity with several of the following:
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with social media tools such as:
- Later, Meta Business Suite, Edits/Instagram / TikTok publishing tools, YouTube Creator Studio

About Positions In Our Shop
At Grothouse our shop staff is an important part of our overall success. While the job often entails brute force dealing with large boards and countertops, there is also a requirement that no detail is overlooked. A strong attention to detail and producing quality production is a must. It is important to have good and accurate verbal communication, the ability to follow directions, and work well within a team environment. A strong work ethic and a strong desire to learn and advance is required. The job entails heavy lifting, and using heavy machinery. Some of our equipment is some of the most advanced and accurate computer controlled equipment available today. Experience in reading shop drawings, woodworking, or wood or auto body finishing is a plus. We are an equal opportunity employer and maintain a drug-free workplace.
Spray Finisher, full time, M-F

Your demonstrated background in Wood or Auto Body Spray Finishing is preferred. **Previous experience with Stains, Glazes, Topcoats and English reading/speaking ability is essential.
This is a Full-time, Year ‘Round position that requires heavy lifting, overtime and sometimes split shifts. Your wage is based upon your experience, performance and ability to contribute. High growth can be expected with your increased contribution.

Woodworking Positions, full time, M-F
We are hiring multiple positions in our Shops; all involve woodworking with opportunities for technical learning and advancement.
We cannot express strongly enough that the candidate must be highly driven, motivated with a strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Good basic math skills and English-speaking ability is essential. Job requires heavy lifting and your ability to utilize hand and power tools to construct or repair wooden structures and furniture. Previous experience in woodworking, machining, carpentry or school training in auto-body prep/painting or woodworking are a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and dedication are the MOST important traits.

Delivery Driver, part-time
A customer-facing Delivery Driver within a 5-state area, including occasional overnight travel. This is a Part-Time/Occasional position requiring a varied and intermittent schedule Weekdays, per our delivery demands.
- Safe Driving History and clean MVR are required.
- Experience operating Sprinter Size vans is preferred.
