When placing an order for a Grothouse metal gilded wood surface, we will need a 50% deposit (balance upon shipment), a signed invoice, a signed drawing, and shipping information. Required Online Training “Intro to Wood Countertops”

At Grothouse we strive to reach the highest level of customer service and quality in our industry. We offer a 1-hour 30-minute NKBA CEU-certified course entitled "Intro to Wood Countertops" free of charge. This course provides you with the basic tools necessary to design award-winning spaces and increase your profits with our wood products. After viewing the series of 3 videos and completing a brief quiz, you are eligible to receive a 0.1 Continuing Education Unit. Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Dealer Portal and the training series. You will receive retail referral clients after training completion.

This person will receive a copy of all retail estimates referred to your establishment from Grothouse. They can follow up directly with the retail referral client thereafter. Our retail quotes are provided directly to consumers. The surfaces are quoted with a markup of 30%. To calculate your cost when looking at a retail quote, take the price quoted for the wood surface only and divide it by 1.3. We refer the retail client to see you if they wish to proceed with the order. The three elements required to receive retail referrals are 1. A dealer sample kit, 2. Completion of online training, and 3. You cannot offer a competing wood countertop line.
