Bamboo Butcherblock

Bamboo Butcher Block Countertops serve double duty as a food preparation surface and a casual seating area, a great  space saving idea for small kitchens.  Our Moso Bamboo products qualify for rapidly renewable credits. Even better, our Moso Bamboo is Panda friendly. The Giant Panda consumes over 30 varieties of bamboo; Moso Bamboo is not one of them. So rest assured our Moso Bamboo is not affecting the diet of the Giant Panda.  Available in both natural and carbonized versions, bamboo is a perfect choice for contemporary kitchens or those interested in sustainable design options.

Cherry Butcherblock

For House Beautiful Kitchen of the year, Tyler Florence designed this Cherry Butcher Block countertop for an outside prep space.  The butcher block flanks a pizza oven and serves as a prep space for making the pizza as well as a convenient cutting board to slice pizza. The butcher block is routed to fit into the stone counter and removable for inside storage when not in use.
