As a provider of luxury wood surfaces, we’ve had the pleasure of manufacturing hundreds of thousands of bespoke pieces for clients’ residential and commercial spaces over the past 25 years. Throughout that time, we’ve also released a myriad of proprietary, exclusive products, including the Anvil™ Metal line, and Durata® waterproof wood Finish; both of which have largely impacted the design industry. Most recently released, Grothouse’s Pigmented Oils and Hidden Wireless Charging System hit the market in 2022 with a warm reception from consumers and industry professionals. While many things have changed over the past 25 years, some remain the same; nothing excites us more than the ability to customize a new solution or product to meet designers’ needs.
The new product releases from 2022 are prime examples of the Grothouse’s continuing focus on excellence and improvement. The Bianca and Nera Pigmented Oil Finishes give designers more customization options. The results create a flat, less-than-matte finish without a glossy appearance. Customers can use these oil finishes on more than 60 types of wood for plenty of custom looks. Meanwhile, the wireless charging system is an under-counter solution that eliminates the tangling mess of cords and cables that can clutter the counter. The hidden charging station is preinstalled into any Grothouse wood or Anvil™ surface, allowing the user to charge devices right on the countertop!
